| Introduction | Welcome! My name is Saige Griffis West. I am a Colorado native with a degree in wildlife biology, and I am the owner and operator of Wild Goose Chase Taxidermy Studio, LLC. I have been in the taxidermy industry since 2017, and started my own small taxidermy business in 2021. Throughout my life, I have had many opportunities to live and work around wildlife and the outdoors, and for that I am forever grateful. It has shaped who I am and helped me as I taught myself how to skin, prepare, and mount gamebirds and waterfowl. I am an artist and a naturalist who is passionate about the conservation and restoration of our country's remaining wild places, and hunting can be a key aspect to both! I look forward to working with each customer and preserving the memories of their hunt through taxidermy. |
