| Introduction | It was only in the last couple of years that I decided to concentrate on one hobby specifically and that it should be cakes.. I started baking for friends and family and the feedback I received was so great that towards the end of last year I decided to give this a go professionally. I love to try new things and will always be found experimenting with new flavours or looks. The main ambition I have is to create cakes worthy of a 'desert' status with flavour being very important to me. As are fresh ingredients, locally sourced and an abundance of ideas still to try.. This blog will hopefully go somewhere to jotting down what I am thinking about today and what I hope to achieve tomorrow. |
