| Introduction | I am the QA Manager at a small plating shop in Santa Ana that plates gold, silver, and other metals for the electronics and aerospace industries. I am currently on medical leave as I am fighting cancer (multiple myeloma). I did go back to work for a while but when I found out the treatments were not very effective, I decided on the medical leave to eliminate as much stress as possible. The body does not heal as well when under stress. Hopefully I'll be through chemo and a stem cell transplant by the end of 2010 -- unless Obamacare screws up the system. |
