| Introduction | Alopecia "Weird Alice" Lancrevic hails (and frequently rains) originally from the Ramtops village of Big Rockslide. She was orphaned as a child and narrowly escaped incarceration in a Sisters of Seven-Handed Sek convent; instead, she ran away to Ankh-Morpork and grew up living on the mean A-M streets and alternately sleeping in the wainscoting of the Guild of Fools and Joculators and a little-used broom cupboard in the Musicians' Guild. Endless cold nights of listening to terrible jokes and cacophonously abused musical instruments created in her a compulsion to parody well-known folk songs of the multiverse. Now this condition appears to be incurable, and we all have to suffer the results. |
