| Introduction | Born in West Virginia, raised in Ohio, lived for awhile in Louisiana, and thank the good Lord I am now in Texas! Married to a wonderful lady, Debbie, no kids, one dog, Snickers. I started wearing cowboy boots in 1994, mostly Luccheses. I thought those were great! Then in 1997, I read The Cowboy Boot Book by Tyler, and discovered there was more than boots at the western store. The Internet and friends were even more helpful. I started buying custom boots, used, then I graduated to going to boot makers for new custom boots. My first was James Leddys, then M L Leddy, then Tex Robin, Rusty Franklin, Brian Thomas, Blucher Boots and Texas Traditions. Now they are the only new boots that I buy. |
