| Introduction | I am Taghi Amani,born in 1980 in Iran.I am graduated in Law from Tehran University in 2003. I have 2 years of experience working as a researcher on IP areas in the Iranian Office for registration of Trademarks and Inventions(2005-2007) and, had an opportunity of joining the specialized team for drafing the Implementary Regulations of Iran's new Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks Act(2008). As a main practice I work as a private first-degree attorney specially on IP issues from 2005 to date. my office located in my home country Iran(Tahran).
