Introduction	I have had Crohn's Disease (a gastro-intestinal disorder) since 1996 and I now have a permanent Ileostomy as a result of having my bowels removed in December 2000. I have had 5 hernia surgeries, had my gall bladder removed and I am fighting chronic kidney stones (about every 3 weeks). In June 2005 I fell and tore the Rotator Cuff in my right shoulder, I had surgery to repair it September 22, 2005. I am on Permanent Disability from the Railroad (Amtrak).
