| Introduction | I am Clyde Fahlman, an instructor in the management programs at Portland Community College (Oregon) and Clark College (Washington). Following 25 years in the telecommunications industry I began teaching principles of management, conflict management, creative problem solving, and my favorite---humor in the workplace. I teach the latter course face to face and online. Corollary to that I am the author of Laughing Nine to Five, the quest for humor in the workplace, and have membership in the International Society of Humor Studies. I have crows feet around my eyes. |
