| Introduction | I have really enjoyed a very active interest in Michigan birding only since 2009. I am very appreciative of the support from the Michigan birding community who helped this "newbie birder" get some wings. I actually started birding through trying to learn what I shot with my camera. Camera first, then birds. Now it seems it is reversed - bird first, then shoot it. Interestingly, birding is much like the fishing for which I have held a passion my entire life. Lots of luck and lots of learning are required. You never know what you might catch! |
