Introduction	An increasingly eccentric introvert who now has time to explore her creativity. I have always enjoyed making and using textiles - things that can be useful as well as beautiful. I am now picking up my pins, needles and hooks again. I have discovered the lovely work of Teesha Moore, Jude Hill and other fabulous textile artists and I hope that by using some of the techniques they practise to be able to develop a style of my own.
Interests	fabrics, hand stitching, applique, knitting and crochet, drawing, painting, collage, crosswords, sudoku, mathematics, science, the environment, music, science fiction, fair-weather gardening, walking, occasional running.
Favorite books	American Gods by Neil Gaiman,
