| Introduction | Rick and I got married August 11, 2006 in the Mt. Timpanogas LDS Temple in American Fork, UT. We met each other in high school when I was a junior and Rick was a senior. We dated from August 2002 to November 2003 and then Rick went on an LDS mission to Chicago, Illinois, spanish speaking. While he was away I attended college at both Utah State University and UVSC. Rick came home in November 2005 and we picked up where we left off. He proposed to me in June 2006 and we were married exactly eight weeks later. After we got married we moved to Ephraim, UT where Rick attended Snow College and played on the basketball team. The next year we moved to Cedar City, UT where Rick and I attended school at SUU and Rick played basketball. In August 2008 I graduated from SUU in Psychology with a minor in Family Services and we moved to Provo. Rick started school at BYU and I got a job as a 4th grade teacher in American Fork. Rick practiced with the BYU basketball team and continued to excel in school. We had our beautiful baby girl, Daci Paras Roberts, on February 21, 2009. Rick got great job with Pariveda Solutions in Chicago in 2010. We just found out we are expecting twins! |
