| Introduction | This is a first crack at blogging for me. Having just got back from China with our second adopted daughter, (this time with a special needs child) I thought it might be helpful to other families to have some basic down-home advice from a Family Doctor who teaches in a Residency (think “House” without the drugs and attitude!) associated with a big US medical school. Please ask questions--what I don't know, I'll look up-assuming I can steal time from that Residency job. |
