| Introduction | I recently (a little over six months ago) discovered CrossFit. Newly retired from a 28-year career as an LEO, I had a lot of time on my hands. I had always enjoyed working out, but became lazy and never really jumped back into the routine of working hard after I tore three of my four quadriceps tendons in April of 2007. Needless to say, I believe I'm now getting in the best shape of my life at the young age of 58! I am so jazzed about the CrossFit program, I recently attained Level-1 certification and hope to soon begin training others at a local affiliate. Yes, CrossFit is my passion......and I love it! 3, 2, 1, Get Some! |
