Introduction	First I want to say I love my family and they are awesome. Now here is why I started this doing all this. I was working with some people who Triathlon and some how I got sucked into it. Many hours of training and working out has gone by and it is the best way I have figured out to stay on task with working towards a healthier me....My pinnacle achievement happened on 11/5/11 where I completed Ironman Florida
