| Introduction | Some of my earliest memories are one's of my fantastic imagination. I was an only child who thrived in my alone time, using it to conjure up stories of time travel, pirates and space adventures to rival the best. I was an avid book reader and had a healthy love for movies from an early age. I was 8 when I received my first gaming console, a Nintendo Entertainment System. I was instantly hooked, stories you could play out, where had this been!? I advanced through the gaming generations and during this journey I lost the ability to create my own stories and I had given up reading. Now, 32 years later, I find myself addicted to playing video games, not caring about the story or the whole point of the medium, to entertain. Well today it changes, today I return to that kid that loved stories, that kid that used his imagination to create a wonderful world for himself. I am turning the focus of my addiction onto fiction of all kinds, if it has an interesting story I will read, play, listen, watch and experience it. This blog will be my journey from lazy addicted gamer to a more diverse student of fiction, writing on what I love, creative stories. Welcome to my Total Addiction to Fiction. |

| Favorite movies | My love of horror came from watching the,Friday the 13th. My love of all things science came from, Back to the Future. My love of adventure came from, The Goonies. My love of comedy came from, Chevy Chase. And everything else I have picked up along the way. |
| Favorite music | When I was younger I would have said Metal straight away, these days there's a lot I listen too and very little I won't. |
| Favorite books | Goosebumps books as a kid, in my adult years I'm still trying to find my author. |
