| Introduction | I am in a weird place in life. A sort of transition where I have one foot loosely touching a life I once knew and the other slowly bearing weight in a world still taking shape. It is this next chapter I am trying so desperately to embrace because although it is unlike everything I have known before, beauty exists here in forms I yearn for. I have a precious little girl who lights up my world and a wife who continues to amaze me on a daily basis. I work at a coffee shop which never came more in handy than when Olivia was born. I love the outdoors - the closer I am to creation the closer I feel to God's heart and my own. I love creating. Making something out of nothing. I am sure I will get into this more later. |

| Favorite Books | Harry Patter and the Eragon series as far as just getting lost in a story. Good reads include Orthodoxy by Chesteron, Cost of Discipleship by Bonhoeffer and Dark Night of the Soul by St John of the Cross. I also love what Ang calls "male romance novels" aka outdoor/adventure stories like Touching the Void, Into the Wild, and The Last Season. |
