Introduction I enjoy cooking healthy food with the occasional indulgence. I am currently in love with melted brie, sea salt, chianti and fresh mozzarella. I cook for fun and still have a lot to learn--which is why I consider myself a dilettante. I'm not a food snob by any means but I do tend to like what is expensive.:)I also really enjoy going out to eat and even though I'm not really comfortable cooking these cuisines (yet), I could almost always go for Indian, Thai or Spanish (tapas in particular) food.
Interests sustainable agriculture, organic produce, sushi, pasta dishes, shellfish.
