Introduction	Kate in the Countryside started in 2010 with an escape from rural bliss and English at Cambridge to adult life in London. In my quest to become a Londoner, I have found myself a flat in Pimlico where I live with my Belligerently Optimistic Flatmate (BOF), though I do occasionally return to the Countryside to see Mother Dearest (MD) and my dog, Dogface.
