| Introduction | I live on a mountain in the beautiful state of West Virginia. I have started this weight loss journey many times before. I am now on maintenance and I feel in my heart that this time it will be for keeps. I have two beautiful daughters who inspire me and support me in everything I do. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them. I am an avid crocheter and reader and live alone with my two doggies whom I affectionately call "the kids" since they are the only little people [yes people!] in my household. |
