| Introduction | My passion for food began when my fear of food ended. It all changed with one bite of roasted chicken and mashed potatoes at a five star NYC restaurant. It was this simple meal that opened my eyes and made me realize the potential of the simplest ingredients. My new passion led me to Le Cordon Bleu, a job in a restaurant and now an event planner for an amazing venue.
