| Introduction | The best part of my life on earth is definitely my family, namely my wonderful husband Jeff, three children, Kiara, Kyle and Katrina, along with three precious grandaughters, Victoria, Madilynn and Daisy! Without doubt it is my Christian faith that gives me the strength to walk forward in life not knowing what is ahead. I have much that brings me joy and for that I am grateful. Although I am currently living in Oklahoma City, my heart is further east. I consider my home to be upstate New York. As an Air Force wife I had the fun of living in and traveling to many interesting places. For many years now, journaling has been a means of sorting through my thoughts and feelings about my own life. Journaling about Susan has allowed me to bring a bit of humor into an otherwise stressful situation. Other then journaling, I enjoy gardening, landscaping, arts, nature, and photography.I sincerely hope that my blog will touch your hearts as you share my struggles and joys. |
| Favorite movies | When I watch a movie I look at the scenery, architecture and design of the things in the peripheral. However, I am intrigued by movies like The Awakening- although I cried a bucket of tears. One of my favs is Anne Of Green Gables, followed by The Promise, Top Gun, Mama Mia and anything that really makes me laugh. |
| Favorite music | I will never tire of the old hymns, but my favorite music is when my daughters sing and play together. I enjoy Kenny G, Michael Buble, Michael George, and oldies from the 60's and 70's (which tells my age) |
| Favorite books | The Bible, Uncle Tom's Cabin, Anne of Green Gables, Elsie Dinsmore books, Character Sketches, American literature & history, art books and awesome children's books |
