| Introduction | I am an international development specialist and media analyst focusing on African and international affairs. I travel so often that am more familiar with planes, airports and hotels than my own bedroom. Mostly, I get to see and experience the world's diversity - the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. I dine with "princes and paupers" and swim with "sharks and dolphins". One day am sweating in the hot African sun, next day am freezing in the cold Western winter. One day am in an opulent hotel rubbing shoulders with the high and mighty, next day am in a barber's shop in an African city listening to the "parliament of the people" or in the back of three-wheeler weaving through the slums of an Asian city. I live in many places and am part of many worlds...and I always have something to say...I am the travelling pundit and in this blog, I share my "worlds"... |
