| Introduction | I am, first and foremost, a mother to a handsome, incredibly smart, young man. I am CrossFit Level 1 certified, as well as having Strongman, CrossFit Kids and Gymnastics certifications. I have been known to cuss - A LOT - and my blog posts may be harsh at times and more like rants, but I believe in honesty and want my passion for health and fitness to show through in a REAL and unfiltered way. Sometimes the truth hurts, but that doesn't mean you don't need to hear it :) I am committed to helping adults and children learn the benefits of healthy eating and exercise through CrossFit.
