Introduction	My father was diagnosed with stage four cancer in November 2010 affecting his brain, arm and lungs. Despite chemo and radiotherapy, by January it spread to his bones. This is where I try to remember that there is good happening in my life and this cancer can't cast a shadow over every part of me.
