| Introduction | Other than my husband David, food has always been my passion. Since David's cancer diagnosis four years ago these two passions have come together to form an interest in holistic nutrition. I am constantly reading and studying all that I can about cancer fighting and healing foods. After witnessing the effects of a diet full of whole and organic foods on David and his health, as well as the health of myself and our children, I am even more inspired to continue coming up with more delicious ways to serve REAL GOOD FEEL GOOD foods. |
| Interests | I love listening to some good ol' 80's music while I create new recipes with healthy ingredients that taste great and wow my family. I often spend my spare time canning or baking. |
