| Introduction | I am a older woman and live alone with my very large dog, Precious. She is a great watchdog and is trained with both oral and hand signals. Beware, I am disabled, have RSD, Fibro, Nerve damage in neck and back, (different accidents)RA, and several other conditions, unfortunately they all cause pain. I live in severe pain 24/7 I AM NO LONGER USING A CHAIR OR EVEN A CANE. WALKING FOR FUN IS MY NEW PASSION. JUST STARTING TO WALK ABOUT 10 MINUTES A DAY FOR EXERCISE |
