How do you pronounce the 'g' in bologna?

well,basically,the best way to pronounce this is to completely ignore it's there,and to add an 'i' in between the 'n' and the 'a',or after the 'g' and before the 'a'- erm, i thought i knew what i meant until i reread it...Never mind, forget it - just don't tell anyone i have a degree in linguistics
