| Introduction | . I have been married for 16 years and have 2 children. Pray for me, one is about to turn 13 and now I know where the number truly gets it bad rep. The other one is 7 and growing up to be the world’s greatest project manager. I live in the Southeast United States, am considered conservative, more or less Republican (first and final political reference) and probably lower middle class. I am a traditionalist with a tendency toward lunacy; like trying to live in a non-traditional world in a somewhat traditional way. The kicker here is I am a Godly Geek. I work in a high tech field, my husband builds computers, and both my kids were using email as soon as they could spell (well, maybe a little sooner than that). The Godly Geek is the kicker because if anyone works in the high tech field for very long they learn that the majority of company’s in that field are far from Christian. It’s really hard to work in this field and still remain true to your Christian values. |
