| Introduction | Karen has been a Radionics Practitioner for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Professional Fromager and Certified Tea Sommelier, and is among the first graduates of the Tea Sommelier program in partnership with the Tea Association of Canada and George Brown College. Karen comes from a long line of tea totalers and was mentored by family members in proper English Tea etiquette. Karen teaches tea rituals: Black Tea Service, Green Tea Ceremony (Gong Fu, Japanese-Style) and White Tea Ceremony. |
