Introduction	We are a 501c3 non-profit charity committed to supporting others achieve their dreams and goals by staying focused, improving every day, and not taking anything for granted. These 3 success strategies were used by Sam Hairston, a former Negro League/Major League Baseball player, who played for the Birmingham Black Barons and the Indianapolis Clowns of the Negro Leagues. He was the first African-American player for the Chicago White Sox when he joined the team as a catcher in 1951. We facilitate in-person and virtual classroom visits by major and minor league baseball players where they share purposeful stories of how they use these strategies, as well as a success strategy of their own, to motivate students to reach their own dreams and goals. We will be hosting our 1st-ever celebrity golf classic in Nov. 2012 in Phoenix to raise funds to support the continuation of these worthy programs.
