| Introduction | I grew up in Mumbai, spent a year in Chennai before moving to Delhi. Now I live in Dubai. Whew. (and I've not even started on the various travels) So here's why I think I should write about food. - I rate each vacation and destination by the food on my plate. - I do not go to restaurants and order Butter Chicken. - I thought Tandoori chicken was a big deal until I tasted Giloti and Kakori Kababs. - I still don't get the point of Chinese Dosa. - I understand the difference between sambhar from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. - I believe no good meal is complete without dessert |
