| Introduction | I am "well seasoned" business woman who has worked in the health insurance, financial services, technology, retail and manufacturing industries over the past 25 years. My background is in operations and human resource management. My insights and advice come from my own personal journey- From the days when I was learning to be an effective front line supervisor to providing guidance to leaders in my organization from an HR perspective. I absolutely LOVE discussing, training and providing advice on all aspects of leadership. Leadership Development and Associate Relations are my true professional passions. On a personal note, I am a mom of two fabulous teenage daughters who are constantly adding a fun and interesting twist to my daily life. I am truly blessed to have them in my life. |
