| Introduction | In Katherine's early beginnings, a lady gamer was not common. Being such often made it difficult for people to take her seriously as a skilled participant. In 8th grade she picked up her first Tekken title, Tekken 4, and made it her mission to prove herself as a virtual fighter. Things are more balanced in these times; however she has kept her Joan of Arc attitude toward gaming.On a professional level, her view toward most things with video games being no exception is married with an entrepreneur's ambition. She wants to understand the driving force behind the consumer and gear her campaign toward a real connection with them. On a personal level, her prowess in the pixel based universe is fueled by her will for success and individuality. She would rather live in a box then be average, at least in a box you can color the walls a picture of what you want your life to look like. For this reason she has a deep love for the sport of gaming. It defines her, and it gives her a way to accomplish the things otherwise beyond her. Through intricately arranged bits she is super women. |
