| Introduction | I'm a busy, working mom of 4 (ages 12,10,8 and 6). I am also a teacher and an author (Bun 2 Babe and The Little-Veggie-Iron Book). As a long time plant based eater (32 years), I was extremely excited when my husband (a carnivore) recently proposed we switch our entire family to a vegan diet! They are picky eaters.
