Introduction | Assalam Alaykum, This blog is the result of awakenings, recurring signs that I cannot possibly ignore. I am passionate and bordering insane, my mind whirls around the paradoxes around us trying to make sense out of it all. One thing I can say is true, is my Deen and I guess certainty is the best place to start to understanding anything. I'm certain about Allah Ta'alah, the Quran and that's all I need to try to explain this dunya. I pray not to mislead or to offend. But some things have got to be said and I expect unfavourable reactions at times. Inshallah this blog is about questioning for the truth, exposing any misconceptions, because a population that can think critically for themselves is one whose spirit is indomitable by any evil. Also there may be sprinklings of personal thoughts about Islam, sisterhood, love, ups and downs, ins and outs of a muslimah's life in general. Comments always welcome. |
