Introduction | I am a lawyer working for LexisNexis UK. This blog records the various law journal articles, press letters, blog pieces and one or two other bits of ephemera I publish elsewhere, principally articles for the New Law Journal and Criminal Law & Justice Weekly, letters to the Times, internal company blogs, contributions to Halsbury's Law Exchange and posts on www.lexisweb.co.uk. The subject matter is varied but tends to reflect my professional interests of the court system, the rule of law and general constitutional issues including human rights, particularly freedom of speech and freedom of religion. I do not allow comments on the blog but may be contacted via Twitter or Linked In. |
