| Introduction | Adjusting to this in life too does take a little bit of getting used to as well, and you may struggle at first with sleeping as you’re adjusting to living with an ostomy. It may not be the easiest task for you to do, but over time, you’ll start to know how much liquid and food output you can have before it becomes a problem before you go to bed. If you’re curious about this though, you can always talk to your doctor in order to get tips specifically for the problems that you might have, but hopefully as you adjust, it’s easier to sleep, and also is better for you too down the line, especially when it comes to living with this type of surgery and being able to handle this too. |
