| Introduction | Maura is a rising sophomore nursing student at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She began her interest in nursing when her grandparents fell ill and saw how much nurses truly cared for patients. Maura's grandmother was diagnosed with kidney failure and since then Maura has had an interest in the kidneys.
