Introduction	I am a 23 year old college student that recently decided to make a change in my life. I have been researching health and nutrition and have been applying practices to my life. I am a coach for the health and fitness company TeamBeachBody as well as the support groups Lean With Linder and The Crew, and I can attribute a lot of my success to their products, programs, and support. I have lost 42 lbs in 4 months and have never felt better.
