| Introduction | Self Indulgence Book Club started in 2020 with a couple of friends reading the same books in a similar time frame. We loved books, and reading with friends, and wanted a way to discuss these books in greater depth so we weren't pondering in a silo. We've now grown to 25 women and we're located all over the United States and even currently Mexico. We are also a unique group of women 30 - 65+ which really makes for some interesting discussions when we dive into these books. We started Self Indulgence Book Club because reading with friends enriches our lives and makes us happy. We love hearing about what people are reading (often also in their personal life) and we think it's important to put down our phones and be social, even if it's via zoom these days because of distance and a pandemic. |
