| Introduction | I have been married to Ron Shumard for 10 years. We love the outdoors and our favorite thing to do is camp. We spend our spring/summer weekends camping at the lake. We have a gang of awesome boys that we love to spend time with, when they are able to fit us in. :) We are happy that they all have very full and fun lives. I run with Runner's World in Tulsa and I LOVE that group. Check out their program! I am also committed to cooking my way thru the Pioneer Woman cookbook in 2010. Because of this new project, I have decided to add Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred to my repetoire in an effort to burn some of that butter. I love traveling and I pretty much think I could live anywhere I go. I love it all. All places, all cultures. So much to do...so little time! LET'S GO!!!!! |
