Introduction	I am an educator at heart. Always have been, just didn't accept it until God allowed a sugar cane field to collide with the plane I was on. It was a relatively soft collision - no flying body parts, just a badly damaged airplane and some shaken up passengers. I am a Myers Briggs ENTJ which means that I am logical, analytical, self confident, assertive and abhor inefficiency. I can also be overly critical and too direct,challenging and overpowering. I may make decisions too quickly, and focus so much on the big picture that I miss important details.
