| Introduction | i was a travel nurse for 3 years and absolutely LOVED it. then, i met the love of my life and temporarily hung up my traveling hat in exchange for living with him and our 3 dogs (two pit-bull mixes for him, a beagle for me) in kalamazoo michigan for about a year and a half. michigan got to me, as it does, so i embarked on another journey to find a new home for all of us: portland, or. it's incredibly hard being apart from joe but i'm doing it for us so that we can have a better life in a better place. with all of that going on, sometimes you just need a place to vent. herein lies the stories of my brain waves... |

| Favorite movies | inception, paranormal activity, pan's labyrinth, anchorman and most other will ferrell movies, wayne's world, resevoir dogs, fight club, tommy boy, house of 1000 corpses, john carpenter's vampires, the die hard movies, lotr, 300, man on fire, most john cusak movies (say anything, high fidelity, identity, etc.), anything by kevin smith because he's a FUCKING GENIUS (i.e. clerks, dogma, chasing amy), the princess bride, once upon a time in mexico, team america: world police, the boondock saints, the goonies, 50 first dates, kill bill, ever after, house on haunted hill, anything vampiric in nature (NOT FUCKING TWILIGHT - VAMPIRES DON'T SPARKLE!!!), fallen, the incredibles, the crow, shrek, anything by quentin tarantino, cruel intentions, romeo & juliet, billy madison, happy gilmore...except for the few mentioned i hate chick flicks. the more stuff that blows up and (sometimes) the bigger the body count, the better. keep me laughing or full of suspense, screw that crying shit. |
