Introduction	I'm a chef by trade and have just completed a teaching credential. Maybe I should join my two favorite professions and teach kids how to cook and bake! What parent wouldn't want their kids to be able to toss together a family meal now and then? My next job however will be as a mom to one and possibly two children from Ethiopia. This blog started as a place to talk about hen raising but it will now cover child(ren) as we embark on our adoption journey.
