Introduction	I grew up in Florida in enjoying the beach, camping and being out doors. I realized that I wanted to help people at an early age and attended for massage school in 1999. I have also been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I love teaching and helping others to tune into their body. I have been teaching yoga as well as offering professional massage therapy for the past 11 years. I owned a healing center in Jacksonville Beach. I have taught several workshops on yoga and aromatherapy. I love what I do and enjoy sharing it with ohers. I offer private yoga lessons for new students and yoga workshops called YogAromatherapy.
