Introduction	I am a 40 year old woman, "Mama" to an amazing little boy, married and holding a Masters of Architecture with a slight obsession with well being and crossfit. I like to be challenged, I rarely say "no" to trying something new and I am constantly on the go. So really, this is a blog about myself, an "average" woman working full time and on a mission to be healthy both physically and mentally.
