Introduction | My Mum taught me to knit when I was three and I have enjoyed making things ever since.I have tried my hand at at several handicrafts including knitting, crochet, cross stitch embroidery and toy making. I began making cards nearly twenty years ago as a way of using some of the little pieces of cross stitch that I had worked. Craft materials were not so readily available then, but as the market grew I discovered rubber stamps, inks and embossing powders and my love for papercrafts was born. I still enjoy doing some stitching and occasionally knitting, but most of my time is now taken up with inks and paper.I make greetings cards for my own use and belong to several ATC swap groups. I really enjoy making the ATCs and love recieving little works of art from all over the country and sometimes even from abroad. I have started this blog so that I can take part in some of the on line challenges that are around. I hope that you will enjoy seeing what I make and maybe be inspired. If you use any of my ideas please put a link back to here. |
