Introduction	As a magazine columnist and freelance writer, I enjoy writing about a variety of health related issues. Whether it be emotional, physical, social or spiritual related, I'm fascinated by it all. I don't think it gets any more important than that of our health, as individuals and as a society. Interests	Gardening, walks, movies, knitting (it's not as old as it sounds!), and much more I can't think of at the moment...!
Favorite Movies	Comedy romance - anything with Meg Ryan, such as French Kiss, Sleepless in Seatle, and many more. I've also been enjoying some funny and goofy movies with Will Farrow, which all started with Anchor Man!
Favorite Music	A variety, but defintely don't fare well trying to dance to (or listen to) anything heavy metal!
Favorite Books	I enjoy books that inspire me to reflect on things and that help me move forward in my life. My happiness is important to me, so, anything that inspires more of that!
