IntroductionI currently run small group and individual training sessions at the Moutere Hills complex, Mapua Domain and other parts of Nelson. Absolutely passionate about health and fitness I believe in a holistic approach to advocating a healthier, happier lifestyle. Making lifelong changes takes time and investment but any one can do it. On the ball training is for anyone intimidated by the gym or doesn't have access to one. It is for those who are bored of training alone and want to learn how to exercise in a fun, effective way. Most training is outside where we take advantage of Nelsons ideal climate. I qualified as a personal trainer in the UK and have distinctions in Sports and Optimum nutrition. I have continued my learning completing courses in pre & post natal fitness, cardiac rehab, hypertension and diabesity. After 14 years in London and sucessfully running my own personal training business I decided it was time to return home to New Zealand. On my return I worked as a Personal Trainer and took Active Mums courses at a womens gym in Richmond.
InterestsI am an experienced runner and have competed in many half and full marathons including London and New York. This year I was 2nd in Buller and 5th in Wgtn. I am Womens Club Captain for Waimea Harriers and have several clients whom I train for running events from 5k to marathons.
