Introduction	We are a hapa couple (one is white, one is Asian) from Hawaii. We've been on the Dukan Diet since July 2011 and have experienced weight loss success! We started this blog after reading many other Dukan blogs (both diary types and recipe types), found inspiration through those sites and wanted to give back to the Dukan community by sharing our Dukan and Low Fat Recipes. Starting 2013, we hope to ease into a Dukan - Paleo style of eating in hopes of taking better care of our bodies.
